During our stay for a special family celebration, the friendly staff made a positive impact, particularly with the great valet service that eased parking challenges. The freshly prepared dishes at the hotel were a pleasant surprise and added to our enjoyment. However, the dim lighting in the hallways posed difficulties for my in-laws when moving around at night, and I had a few billing questions that could have been addressed more efficiently.
